These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the use of the EventAI mobile application and service (hereinafter the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• Operator — J-19 group LLP, the party that provides the Service.
• User — an individual who uses the Service.
• Provider / Contractor — a business-account user who posts venues/services/ organizations. The Provider Terms also apply to them.
• Content — any material posted by users (listings, reviews, messages, invitations, media, etc.).

2. Purpose of the Service

EventAI is an intermediary platform (marketplace) that helps users find venues and services for events, communicate with providers, leave reviews, create invitations, and plan events (including with the help of AI). The Operator is not a party to transactions between users and providers, does not provide the event services itself, and does not guarantee their quality. Contractual relationships for services arise directly between the user and the provider.

Payments inside the App are disabled at launch. All settlements between the user and the provider are carried out outside the Service. Payment terms will be added when payments are enabled.

3. Registration and account

• Some features require registration (phone+password, OTP, Firebase, Google).
• You must provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (password, PIN, device access) and for all activity under your account.
• Extra protection: PIN (4–6 digits, SHA-256 hash, local) and biometrics (Face ID/fingerprint).
• A single user must not create multiple accounts to evade blocks.

4. Age

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over only. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is not intended for minors. If we become aware that an account was created by a person under 18, we may block such an account and delete the associated data.

5. User obligations and prohibitions

The user agrees not to use the Service for unlawful purposes. Prohibited:

• posting false, misleading information or third-party material without the rights to it;
• fraud, deception, phishing, attempts at unauthorized access;
• spam, intrusive advertising, mass mailings;
• posting goods/services prohibited by law;
• insults, threats, incitement of hatred, harassment, bullying;
• publishing others' personal data and contacts without consent;
• infringement of intellectual property rights;
• interfering with the Service, bypassing technical restrictions, automated data scraping.

6. User content

• You retain the rights to your Content and bear full responsibility for it.
• By posting Content, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display it to the extent necessary to operate the Service (including storage in Yandex Cloud Storage and caching).
• The Operator may moderate, reject, hide, or remove Content that violates the Terms, the rules, or the law (see the Moderation Policy).
• Complaints about Content — see the Complaints Policy. You can file a report using the "Report" button directly in the app; blocking users is also available.
• Third-party data. By entering other people's data into the Service (for example, a guest list in invitations — names and contacts), you confirm that you have the right and/or the consent of those persons to such processing, and you bear responsibility for it.

7. Chat and communications

The Service provides real-time chat with providers. Using chat for spam, fraud, and unlawful acts is prohibited. You can block interlocutors and mute/archive/pin chats. Messages are stored to enable the messaging feature.

8. Notifications

By using the Service, you consent to receive service notifications (push and in-App) about messages, orders, and important events. You can manage push in device settings.

9. Account block and suspension

The Operator may restrict, suspend, or block an account (fully or partially) for:

• violation of the Terms, community guidelines, or law;
• fraudulent or harmful actions;
• well-founded complaints from other users;
• requests from authorized bodies.

10. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service, its design, software, trade names, and logos belong to the Operator or its licensors. Use is permitted only within these Terms.

11. Artificial intelligence

The Service uses AI to generate event scenarios and select services. AI results are advisory, may be inaccurate, and require user verification. See the AI Usage Policy.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
• The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of AI results, the quality, legality, and safety of providers' services, or the accuracy of user-posted content.
• The Operator is not a party to transactions and is not responsible for relationships between users and providers.
• To the extent permitted by RK legislation, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

13. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms. The current version is published at https://eventai.kz/terms. We will notify of material changes in the App. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing that, in courts at the Operator's location, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
