EventAI Provider Terms (for service providers)
App: EventAI Document version: 1.0 Effective date: 2026-06-28 Operator: J-19 group LLP Contacts: J19europe01@gmail.com
These Terms govern the use of the Service by providers — business-account users who post venues, services and organizations ("Provider"). They supplement the Terms of Service and Listing Rules. By using business features, the Provider accepts these Terms.
1. Status of the Service
EventAI is an intermediary platform helping the Provider present services and connect with clients. The Operator is not a party to the contract between the Provider and the client, does not provide event services, and does not act as a settlement agent. The service contract is concluded directly between the Provider and the client.
2. Requirements for the Provider and services
- Provide accurate data about itself/the organization and keep it up to date.
- Post only real services/venues to which the Provider has rights.
- Comply with KZ law and hold the required permits/licenses (if applicable).
- Ensure the declared quality and conditions of the service.
- Communicate with clients in chat promptly and correctly.
3. Accuracy of information
The Provider is responsible for the accuracy of listings (descriptions, prices, capacity, address, contacts, media). False information, others' materials, "bait" and hidden terms are prohibited.
4. Verification
To confirm the business, the Operator may request legal name, Tax ID (BIN/IIN), legal address and documents. Venues/organizations have a verification status (PENDING / APPROVED / REJECTED). The Operator may request additional information and suspend verification.
5. Moderation and removal of profiles
The Operator may reject, hide, suspend or remove a Provider's listing/profile for:
- inaccurate information or rule violations;
- client complaints and poor service quality;
- legal violations;
- use of others' materials or rights.
See the Moderation Policy. Where possible the Operator states the reason and allows correction.
6. Payments, commissions and payouts
At launch, payments and commissions are disabled: settlements with the client occur directly, outside the Service. Terms on commissions, payouts and paid promotion will be added separately when payments launch and communicated to Providers in advance.
7. Provider responsibility
The Provider is solely responsible for:
- fulfilling obligations to the client and the quality of services;
- the accuracy of posted information;
- compliance with tax and other legislation;
- resolving disputes with clients.
The Provider holds the Operator harmless from claims related to the Provider's services.
8. Termination
The Provider may stop posting at any time. The Operator may restrict or terminate access to business features upon violation of these Terms.
