EventAI Moderation Policy
App: EventAI Document version: 1.0 Effective date: 28.06.2026 Contacts: J19europe01@gmail.com
This Policy describes how content is moderated in EventAI: what is reviewed, which statuses exist, and which measures are applied. It supplements the Community Guidelines and the Listing Rules.
1. What Is Subject to Moderation
- Venues (venues) and organizations: reviewed before publication / during operation.
- Listings and provider profiles: for compliance with the rules.
- Reviews and messages: reactively — based on user reports.
2. Verification Statuses (venues/organizations)
- PENDING — under review (default at creation);
- APPROVED — approved by a moderator (review date and author recorded);
- REJECTED — rejected with a stated reason (
rejectionReason).
Additionally, an object may be suspended (suspend) and restored (restore). A review history is kept (who, when, and with what comment).
3. What Is Reviewed
- Accuracy of the data (name, address, contacts, capacity, prices).
- Rights to the photos/videos and materials used.
- Compliance with the law and the Community Guidelines.
- Completeness and correctness of business verification data.
4. Measures
Depending on the violation: approval, a request for revision, rejection, hiding of content, suspension of the object, restriction of features, or suspension or blocking of the account. Where possible, the reason is stated and an opportunity to correct is given.
5. Reactive Moderation and Reports
Content that is not subject to pre-publication review (reviews, messages, personal service listings) is moderated based on reports. You can report content directly in the app using the "Report" button (on a listing, in a profile, on a review, in a message), and you can also block a user. The procedure is set out in the Complaints Policy.
Expedited (24-hour) track. Reports of dangerous/impermissible content — violence, sexual content, materials involving minors, threats, incitement to hatred — are handled as a priority: upon confirmation, the content is removed and the offender is suspended within 24 hours.
Note: pre-publication (proactive) moderation in the current version is implemented for venues and organizations; for other UGC, a reactive approach is applied (in-app reports + blocking).
6. Appeals
A moderation decision can be appealed by writing to J19europe01@gmail.com with a description of the situation. We will review the request and inform you of the outcome.
