EventAI Listing Rules

These rules apply to all listings: services, venues and organizations, as well as provider profiles. They supplement the Terms of Service and Provider Terms.

1. Requirements for listings

• Accuracy: name, description, prices, capacity, address and contacts must be truthful and kept up to date.
• Media rights: use only your own or licensed photos/videos of real objects/services. Others' images are prohibited.
• Category: place the listing in the appropriate category; do not mislead users.
• Contacts: provide correct contacts (phone, email, website, Telegram, Instagram).

2. What must not be posted

• False or misleading information, fake prices and "bait".
• Goods and services prohibited by KZ law.
• Others' photos, logos and materials without rights.
• Content with violence, discrimination, sexual nature, involving minors.
• Duplicates of the same listing, spam, hidden advertising of third-party platforms.
• Others' personal data without consent.

3. Prices

Provide real prices/ranges. Since in-app payments are disabled at launch, settlements happen directly between the user and the provider — terms must be transparent.

4. Moderation and verification

• Venues and organizations undergo moderation and have a PENDING / APPROVED / REJECTED status; before approval, a listing may be limited in visibility.
• Business accounts may undergo verification (legal data, documents).
• The Operator may reject, hide, suspend or remove a listing that violates the rules. See the Moderation Policy.

5. Provider responsibility

The provider bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the listing, the legality and quality of services, and the fulfillment of obligations to the client. See Provider Terms.
