AI Usage Policy in EventAI
App: EventAI Document version: 1.0 Effective date: 28.06.2026 Contacts: J19europe01@gmail.com
EventAI uses artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with event planning. This document explains where AI is applied, what data is transmitted, and how to treat the results.
1. Where AI Is Used
- Event scenario generation (AI Scenarios). Based on the event parameters, the AI produces a draft scenario/plan and its refinements. Provider — DeepSeek (model
deepseek-chat), processing in China (PRC). - Smart service selection (Smart Selection). The AI ranks suitable services/venues and composes bundles (economy/standard/premium). Provider — Groq, processing in the USA.
2. What Data Is Transmitted to AI Providers
- Event parameters: event type, date, number of guests, budget, location, preferences, and free-text request.
- For scenarios — venue details (name, address, capacity).
- For selection — compact candidate data (name, brief description, price, rating, number of reviews).
Personal identifiers (name, phone, email) are NOT transmitted to AI providers. Do not include personal data of third parties in the free-text request.
Training on data and countries:
- Groq (USA) — under its API terms, does not use the transmitted data (Inputs/Outputs) for training or fine-tuning models and does not store it by default (Zero Data Retention mode is enabled).
- DeepSeek (China, PRC) — under its terms, is entitled to use the transmitted data to support and improve its services and technologies, including training models; the data may be processed within the territory of the PRC. For this reason, we do not transmit identifying personal data to DeepSeek and minimize the content of requests.
3. Storage of Results
Generated scenarios are stored in our database (linked to the user) with draft status and message history (USER/ASSISTANT role), so that you can return to them and refine them. You may delete your scenarios; upon account deletion, the associated data is anonymized/deleted.
4. Nature of AI Results
- AI results are advisory in nature and may contain inaccuracies.
- The AI does not make decisions on the user's behalf; the final choice and the verification of information (prices, availability, terms) is made by the user.
- Content partially generated by AI may require manual review and editing.
5. Responsibility and Control
- The user is responsible for the data they enter in requests to the AI (do not include unnecessary personal data of third parties).
- Generated content published as a listing/invitation is subject to the Community Guidelines and the Listing Rules.
- The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI results for specific purposes.
